Activity Level Planning and Scheduling
Since January of 2021, TerraGraphics has provided work control services, including all management and staff to perform activity level work planning and scheduling for all preventive and corrective maintenance work for the Hanford Site Infrastructure Contractor, as well as routine activity level planning for other Hanford Contractors where scopes intersect. TerraGraphics performs this scope of work under a firm fixed price production-based model. Through government fiscal year 2023, the TerraGraphics team produced nearly 40,000 work documents.
In addition to successfully performing the activity level planning scope, TerraGraphics designed and implemented a rolling-schedule process for the client and works with operations staff, for both the client and other Hanford contractors, to ensure that available maintenance resources are scheduled. The TerraGraphics team worked with the client to transition this scope in 3 weeks and executed the transition with zero disruption to operations. To date, TerraGraphics has met all critical contractual metrics for 22 consecutive months performing on schedule and budget.
