Washington River Protection Solutions won the U.S. Department of Energy Mentor of the Year award. The company is a Hanford Site tank farm contractor for DOE’s Office of River Protection. Through the DOE mentor-protege program, WRPS coached HUBZone business TerraGraphics Environmental Engineering in Pasco. WRPS also won the award in 2011.
